Where do you ship to?

At this present time we service Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Ontario. We also offer local product to Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Quebec.

Can I have a tour of your facility?

We would love to have you, and show you our facility! Please note that we require this to be booked in advance.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in our prices. There is NO additional handling, shipping or box surcharges added to orders that meet our minimum requirements - what you see is what you pay!*

Who are the growers you represent?

At this time we currently represent about 50 local growers from Southern Ontario. We also represent an ever growing selection of import products from farms around the world. Please click here to access some details about the growers we represent.

How do I order online?

  1. Make sure you're logged into your Floral Express account. If you don't know your log in info, contact us and we will send it to you.

  2. Head to the "In the Cooler" section of our website. There you can see all products available in real time.

  3. Select your product and the departure date. Make sure you are meeting your minimum order requirement for your delivery route.

  4. Head to your shopping cart in the top-right corner of your screen. Add any necessary order notes and check out!

  5. Go to "Your Account" to view your invoices and order summary.

How do I become a customer?

Please reach out to sales@floralexpress.ca to inquire about becoming a customer. If possible, include the following information:

-Your Business Name -Business Address -Link to your website and social media channels -Type of Florist (Retail, Wedding/Events, Home-based, Wholesale)

Once this information is provided, we will reply to you as soon as we can with a customer application!

Are you affiliated with Floral Express Garden Centre?

Floral Express Garden Centre is a separate business from Floral Express Wholesale. While owned by the same family, it has separate inventory and employees. Please email wim@floralexpress.ca for Garden Centre inquiries.
